(Redmond, WA) has partnered with [Capitol Insurance Companies](https://www.capitolindemnity.com/PublicSite/Custom/Default.aspx?pageName=CorporateOverview) (Middleton, WI).  Capitol Insurance recently opened a new Healthcare division focused on providing medical professional liability and E&O insurance products for various segments of the healthcare industry. This effort is being led by Andrew Charron, Managing Director of Healthcare.  Charron notes that Capitol’s initial interest will be focused on non-residential healthcare facilities and healthcare consultants.  Ethos is excited to be chosen as part of Capitol’s wholesale distribution network, which is being limited to less than 25 firms nationwide.   [ Jonathan Waterman ](https://www.ethosinsurance.com/blog/author/jonathan-waterman) Jonathan, the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Ethos since its inception in 2004, has had a distinguished insurance career dating back to 1992. Jonathan's background as a med-mal underwriter and in the wholesale market uniquely positions him to drive operational excellence at Ethos, utilizing his expertise in identifying data patterns. He has contributed to industry dialogue through his blog articles and participation as a panelist at events such as PLUS.
