June 18th, 2018 | 1 min. read

By David Huss

As a result of ongoing issues with the Nevada Department of Insurance, Lancet Indemnity, a physician-focused risk retention group, has advised they have moved into voluntary runoff.  Effective 6/1/18 Lancet stopped writing new business.  All existing business with effective dates prior to 8/1/18 will receive renewal terms.  All existing business with effective dates on or after 8/1/18 will be non-renewed.  Lancet will not be offering ERP/Tail terms on any policies effective on or after 6/1/18.
